This two-day class will teach you how to use a key to identify live or pressed plants. The first day will be identifying plants in a classroom, learning how to read a key and getting familiar with basic technical vocabulary. This highly interactive class is for adults only. There is a $40 participation fee for both sessions and the book "Flora of the Pacific Northwest" by Hitchcock & Cronquist is required. For more information, or to register for the class, contact Nancy Chapman at email@example.com. This is sponsored by the Native Plant Society of Oregon and Oregon State Parks.
