Spend the day making S'mores with rangers to celebrate 100 S'more years of Texas State Parks. Celebrate 100 S'more years of Texas State Parks by making s'mores all day with rangers at our Kid Fishpond. Bring your own S'more supplies and enjoy being outside. We will also hand out prizes for 1) Most Creative S'more and 2) Most S'mores Made for the day. When: May 13 - 9 AM to 4 PM Meet: Kid Fishpond Who: All ages Bring: Water, bug spray, sunscreen, and dress for the weather. Reminders: All ranger led programs are subject to weather cancelations. Please dress for the weather. Park frequently meets capacity and reservations prior to arrival are encouraged to ensure entrance into the park.
