Discover how Native Americans made rope from yucca leaves, then try it yourself! Get a first-hand look at how the fibers inside of yucca leaves can be used to make rope. Native Americans used the same technique to make twine and rope for many uses, from building material to tools to sandals. Once you've learned the process, try your hand at it! You'll be able to take the rope you make home. Meet on the porch of Mission Espiritu Santo.
