Auburn Valley State Park 3000 Creek Road Yorklyn, DE

"New Program! In the first phase of the lunar calendar, the sun and moon align, hiding the moon from the earth. This provides the darkest night of the month. Perfect for observing constellations and star clusters. Join us at Auburn Valley State Park for an evening of stargazing. A few telescopes will be set up on site, but visitors are encouraged to bring their own. A park naturalist will be onsite to point out some of the more interesting celestial bodies. The event parking lot at 3000 Creek Road across from the Marshall Mansion will be open at 7pm and close promptly at 11:15pm. Call the Park Office at 302-729-4280 to register. Free"
