Guided Summit Trail Hike

Join us as we hike to the top of Enchanted Rock! Along the way, we'll learn about the geology, history and biology of this special place. We'll hear tales of Native American folklore and see sweeping panoramic views! Guided Summit Hike details: Meet at the Gazebo at the beginning of the Summit Trail. Time: About 2 hours. Distance: 1.5 miles round trip. Elevation gain: 425 feet. Bring: Sturdy walking or hiking shoes Plenty of water (water may be unavailable on-site) Sunscreen Dress for the weather NO PETS for this event. Pets are not allowed on the Summit Trail, rock domes or upper trails in the park. IMPORTANT: Reservations are required to enter Enchanted Rock on weekends, holidays and/or during school breaks.
