National Kids to Park Day – Shenandoah National Park

This event welcomes families and kids of all ages to engage with the National Park by joining a variety of kids-focused programs at our visitor center areas. Dickey Ridge Visitor Center will host a Bear Talk at 11:00 AM and a Junior Ranger Touch Table from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Additionally, the Byrd Visitor Center will host a Wildlife Olympics Activity Table from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, a Solar Spectacular kids talk at 1:30 PM, and a Young Naturalist program at 2:30 PM.
