Join us for stargazing! Join us for stargazing! Members of the San Antonio Astronomical Association will be on site with their telescopes to point out the moon, constellations, planets, and more! Where: This program will be held in the large overflow parking lot (just up the road from the big river parking lot). Look for the big blue "Stargazing tonight" sign on the park road just across from this parking lot. Cost: This program is free with a valid park entrance permit -- $7 per person ages 13 and up, kids 12 and under are free -- or if you have an annual Texas State Parks Pass, the pass holder and everyone in the vehicle with him/her get in free! If you arrive after hours and do not have an existing day pass reservation, please use the self-pay station in the parking lot of the park office to pay your entrance fee in cash, or write down your Texas State Parks Pass information on the self-pay envelope. Or you can make a Day Use reservation online and pay with your credit card.
