Youth Fishing Day returns to Cacapon State Park. The event will be in the upper lake at Cacapon on May 20, 2023. Bring your own fishing poles and bait. Compete in your age category for prizes. Full details and age divisions will be added as plans are completed. This is a tremendous event for youth and families that take Kids Fishing.
