Big Bend National Park President’s Day Weekend Trip Raffle

Event Details:

  • Who: National Park Trust, Big Bend National Park, and USAA
  • What: A weekend of hiking, camping, and canoeing in Big Bend National Park! National Park Service Rangers and river experts from Far Flung Outdoor Adventures will take us on an all-inclusive park experience and canoeing trip from Saturday, February 17th, through Monday, February 19th. Food, lodging, and a gas voucher for travel will be provided free of charge for every participating family courtesy of the National Park Trust.
  • Where: We will begin the weekend’s events at Far Flung Outdoor Centers at 23310 FM170, Terlingua, TX 79852, at 3:00 pm on Saturday, February 17th, and end by 3:00 pm on Monday, February 19th.
  • When: Saturday, February 17th thru Monday, February 19th.

The National Park Trust invites Fort Bliss service members E-6 and below and their families to sign up for our raffle to experience an all-inclusive outdoor adventure weekend at Big Bend National Park! This weekend-long trip is designed for military service members and their families from Fort Bliss to experience all Big Bend National Park has to offer via an overnight canoeing trip down the Rio Grande River. Lodging, gas reimbursement, food, and the canoe trip are all provided free of charge courtesy of the National Park Trust. The raffle sign-up will close on January 15th, and participants will be notified of the results via email on January 19th.

All Participants must be at least 8 years of age or older to attend. Child-free couples, friend groups, and single service members are encouraged to apply!
