Bridging Communities Through Parks: National Park Trust and Iron Star Foundation

Through our partnership with Iron Star Foundation and generous support from the Diana Davis Spencer Foundation, we’re using parks as powerful spaces to bring DC communities and police officers together. These meaningful outdoor experiences, ranging from kayaking and hiking to navigating ropes courses and experiencing hands-on educational programs, allow students to explore, learn, and build positive relationships with the officers who serve their neighborhoods.
