Celebrate National Kids to Park Day by exploring activity stations along the Farmstead and Meadow View Trails! Kids will complete fun, hands-on activities as they travel from station to station, learning about nature, history, and stewardship along the way. Once activities are finished, young explorers can become Junior Rangers and earn a certificate and sticker to celebrate their accomplishment. Please wear comfortable hiking shoes and dress for the weather. The stations will be placed along meadow and wooded trails and may include moderately steep or rocky sections. Visiting all stations will take approximately one hour. Start your day anytime between 10 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. at the Interpretive Center. Visit the park website for any weather-related program updates.
