Saturday, May 30 Celebrate Kids to Parks Day – Canoe Mobile Festival with Wilderness Inquiry Bluegill Boat Launch Join Wilderness Inquiry and Genesee County Parks for a day of free canoeing and outdoor festivities! Experience your local waterways from a unique perspective while paddling in 24-foot Voyageur canoes. Then try your hand at fishing and explore the different water bugs that live in our local water. All gear is provided, and no experience is necessary. This event is open to people of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities. We hope you’ll join us! Great for ages 5 and up, all abilities. Time: 10am – 1pm (Sign up for canoe times at 10am, 11am or 12pm) Cost: Free. Pre-registration will open in April and is required by 5/29/26.
