Kids to Parks Day is a national day of outdoor play celebrated annually on the third Saturday of May. The day connects kids and families with their local, state, and national parks and public lands through thousands of park events that promote discovery and exploration in the great outdoors. Join us in celebrating Kids to Parks Day and Go Play Outside! The kite festival is open to all ages of the public and will include live entertainment, vendors, food trucks and a variety of activities to inspire all generations. Loveland Parks & Recreation will ha their Mobile Recreation Trailer on-site and will be hosting a rainbow scavenger hunt. We encourage you to bring your own kite. Let's light up our beautiful Colorado sky!
