Alma K. Bangura

Hey everyone! My name is Alma Bangura and I’m a senior Political Science major with a minor in Pre-Law. I am originally from Columbus, Ohio, and spent some time growing up there until I moved to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Due to moving, I was able to be exposed to a camp program that allowed me to explore the great outdoors and hike in different states, and provinces all around Canada and the U.S. I learned how to canoe, hike, and camp to the point it grew to a deep passion of mine that I partake in on my own. As an African American this meant a lot to me. I enjoy other things outside of the outdoors like hanging with friends and reading books during my free time.
