Josh Acapulco
Josh is a Montgomery County local whose family immigrated from the Philippines. From an early age, he was instilled with a deep respect for the environment and a love for America’s iconic wilderness. Some of his favorite family memories include trips to Assateague Island, Acadia, and Death Valley.
He graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, with a minor in Sustainability Studies. Before joining the Park Trust, Josh interned at Campaign Legal Center, where he was introduced to nonprofit development and fundraising. He also served as an International Policy Intern at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, supporting global trade policy research for the Center for Global Regulatory Cooperation and the Global Initiative on Health and the Economy.
As Development Coordinator at the Park Trust, Josh supports a range of fundraising campaigns that advance the organization’s mission and broaden its impact.
