Paddles Up: Exploring and Protecting Local Parks

We partnered with Wilderness Inquiry and our Buddy Bison School Program students from Howard University Middle School for an exciting outdoor adventure at Bladensburg Waterfront Park in Maryland! As part of a 10-day collaboration, we helped engage more than 1,200 students from the DC and Baltimore metro areas in paddling, wildlife discovery, and park stewardship along the Anacostia River.
