Thank you for being a part of Kids to Parks Day. This page is intended for organizations and local, state, and national park departments planning to host an outdoor event for kids and families in May of 2026 for the 16th annual Kids to Parks Day celebration.
Why Register? Because thousands of families nationwide use our site and app to find the park closest to them to celebrate this day of outdoor play! Registering ensures families find your event and you have a great turnout! Before registering, have your park/event location and the event date and time prepared.
Don’t worry if May 16th doesn’t work for your scheduled event – as a way to ensure everyone can participate in this nationwide initiative, National Park Trust is happy to include any event in May that invites kids and families to get outdoors.
