In September 2025, the Park Trust brought students from St. Francis Xavier Catholic Academy to Yards Marina in Washington, DC, for a day exploring local waterways by boat with the Living Classrooms Foundation, learning from National Park Service rangers through interactive land stations, and meeting big Buddy Bison himself.
